On-line betting organisation Paddy Power have reduced the odds on my winning the Wokingham Seat from 200/1 to 125/1.

- I am 52 years old and have lived in Berkshire most of my life and in Wokingham for the past 25 years. I've been married for 28 years to Sue, who works alongside me in both our business and voluntary activities and have three grown up sons. I have served as a school governor in local schools for over 20 years, I am Chairman of the trustees of a disabled children’s charity, a trustee of Emmbrook Sports and Social Club and President of Wokingham and Emmbrook Football Club. I am a member of the organising committee of the Wokingham Winter Carnival and the Rotary Club Three Counties Cycle Ride. As a local businessman and employer, I have a track record of actively engaging with others in seeking to promote improvements in the local business environment. I am President of the local Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Wokingham Borough Business Skills and Enterprise Partnership, a Member of the Wokingham Borough Strategic Partnership Board and the Wokingham representative on the Berkshire Economic Strategy Board. I have been self-employed since leaving university, building a successful local company, TradeMark Windows and Conservatories since 1993.
